Exceptional Customer Service Experience

The representative exemplified what excellent customer service should be. We exchanged several emails over the past week, and his communication was both clear and effective, providing outstanding service. My order was unfortunately stolen, as packages are often left unsecured by the delivery service. However, the company fully replaced it, which I was hopeful for but didn't expect. As for the quality, these are the best-looking head covers I've encountered, and the towel is made of high-quality material and even comes with a carabiner! When I'm in need of more amusing golf merchandise, this will be my go-to place.

Extremely Disappointed with Service

If I could rate this lower, I would. After spending a significant amount on products from the company, I received two polos as a gift, but they were a size too small. The company refused to exchange them for a larger size and essentially told us we were out of luck. The shirts remain in their original packaging with tags, but that didn't seem to matter to the automated support system. There's no option to speak with a real person, and no phone support available. Their products are overpriced, and due to their poor customer service, they have lost a customer. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just an exchange, which would have cost them nothing. I even offered to cover shipping. There are better options in the golf apparel market—steer clear of this company. The golf apparel industry is growing and competitive, and they risk falling behind with this level of service. Caution to potential buyers.

If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve invested a lot over the years in products from this seller. I received two polos as a gift, but they were a size too small. They could have easily accommodated this reasonable request without losing any money. I even offered to cover shipping costs. There are better options out there—avoid this seller. The sports apparel industry is competitive, and they may struggle due to this lack of customer support. Caution to buyers.

Excellent Service After My Mistake

I made a purchase and mistakenly provided the wrong address. They responded immediately, which is rare these days! They were extremely helpful and corrected the address within 20 minutes of my email. This brand is fantastic overall, with great products and customer service! I've seen their head covers in person and they’re amazing quality at a reasonable price.
