Helpful customer service after damaged product

Ordered a glove that unfortunately ripped while at the driving range, I believe due to it being a bit too small. I went onto their website and put in a customer service request and sent an email (that is listed in order confirmation and their website if some people who rate would bother looking around for 30sec to find it). Nick got back to me within a day and sent a new glove after confirming the new size and design with me so it hopefully will not rip again. If the product is still flimsy/poor quality it will impact how I feel, but their customer service is very good and people who rate otherwise are probably lazy and don’t bother looking past the front page of the website for the solution to their problem they’re incapable of solving themselves :)
