From start to finish I've never had a problem with my orders until my last order I placed. I bought 3 gloves 2 head covers and I was supposed to get a free mystery hat which I didn't get but that's ok people make mistakes. I contacted Nick at birdie boss and that day my hat was on its way! I've ordered multiple polos and hats and they are great! I've seen negative comments on the gloves but I have played 10 rounds with the Gilmore gold glove and very little wear. The key to these gloves after rounds put it back in the pouch it came in with a silica moisture pack. It will keep from dry rotting. Birdieboss for the win!
