Shirts began unraveling after only three washes under normal use. This directly contradicts their claim that the shirts “get better with washing.”
Customer service did not respond to follow-up messages, and no resolution was offered beyond quoting their return policy.
I initially liked the shirts enough to order more, but I will be returning them. Based on both product quality and lack of support, I cannot recommend this company.
