I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I ordered a polo shirt and, after a month, received a t-shirt instead. They are unwilling to rectify the situation. If I want the polo I originally ordered, I have to keep the t-shirt and place a new order for the polo. The quality of the material is also poor. I strongly advise against spending any money here.
This is absolutely the worse company you can deal with, had I know it was in Asia I would have never ever ordered this golf shirt, I ordered and paid for a Stickman breast cancer golf shirt on 9/4/25 and today is 10/10 and I have not received the shirt as of yet so I reached out to them today. Left a voicemail message on some strange voicemail and moments later I got a text message saying we are very very sorry about your shirt not being shipped. It’s been a glitch with our shipping company blah blah blah I said I want a full refund on my shirt because I paid $6.95 for shipping to be here in 10 days. It’s been over a month and I want my money back immediately. This person whoever was on the other end of this text was saying well how about if we give you 30% off, how about if we do this I said no I want my money back so I’m still battling with them to get my money back so we’ll see what happens but I’m just gonna tell you right now. Throw a warning out do not deal with these people at all don’t order nothing from them. This is a terrible company. I plan on blasting reviews all over the internet, twitter, I also contacted the BBB, Attorney Generals office in Maine. These people are brutally awful, dishonest and outright terrible
Like the design. We bought them to show support for one of our closest Friends who is going through Prostate Cancer. We will be surprising Him with them on Sunday. Guys would have liked a more “non itchy” type shirt but the fits are accurate. May send you a photo of the entire Group. One shirt is a slightly different color but all good. The product I bought was poorly made and not what was advertised. It was quite pricy too for the poor quality. I have reached out several times and have gotten no help on getting a refund. However, I have gotten multiple emails a day trying to sell me more products from this site. Poor customer service and poor quality of products. I will not buy from this company again unless they remedy the issues I have.
