Fantastic experience start to finish. Website is super easy to navigate and it was easy to select the right size for the suit jackets and pants. I appreciated the continuous email updates regarding the status of the order. Suits arrived and I was very pleased with the quality of the material and the complimentary suit bags are such an added bonus. I did order the wrong size for a jacket and vest but the return process is seamless as well. I will definitely recommend Birdy Grey to others.
I was asked to stand up in a shotgun wedding and the bride wanted us in matte satin neutral champagne and I am not a model size and have large ladies which usually make it impossible to find a dress without trying it on first but obviously no time for that but let me tell you this dress looks amazing fits like a glove except for being way too long however that's a quick alteration. I'm so thankful to you I ordered this dress Tuesday and it arrived at my door thursday!!! Thank you so much for saving the day!!!
The customer service was prompt and helpful. The dress got lost initially and took over 2 months to come in, however, after contacting customer support they were able to correct the address and send another free shipment within 2-3 business days. Other than that, dress sizing is pretty accurate to the sizing chart, but the bust area definitely runs large and the satin material of the dress is decent but can be flattering or unflattering based on your body type. Needs to be ironed/steamed.
Followed the measurement instructions exactly AND confirmed with the AI measurement option. The jacket they sent would fit a toddler. Grossly off in sleeves, shoulders and waist. Now we have to exchange AND pay a restock fee? And how will we possibly know the correct size to order??
Paid for Rush shipping on a Tuesday and it arrived on a Thursday. Fit was as expected. Fabric is decently stretchy which is good because there is no zipper. I would normally size up to a Medium and have it tailored, but because I was in a time crunch I decided to order a small and all I ended up needing was a hem (which is standard). Item arrived with a few loose threads, but I work in the dress industry and when they come from a factory that's to be expected, and I can easily snip them off. With the price you're paying, you're getting exactly what you pay for! I would definitely recommend!
