Frustration Over Strict Policies and Refunds

I skipped over the lengthy list of strict regulations for the event and didn't realize dogs were no longer allowed. After purchasing tickets, I checked the rules and found the 'no dogs' policy is mandatory. This means we can't attend without our dog. I requested a refund urgently the next day, but was informed it wasn't possible and that the tickets are non-transferable. £240 wasted. The inflexibility from the ticketing service is frustrating, and I am appalled by the lack of understanding from the support team.

Refund Denied

I'm puzzled by the negative feedback; the service is one of the few independent sellers competing with larger platforms and supports smaller promoters by bringing in more niche acts.

Disappointing Experience

Disappointing. I was misled into thinking a good band would be performing, but it turned out to be just a tribute. The description didn't clarify that other bands were involved. My oversight, but when I requested a refund, I was told it wasn't possible. Be cautious and don't be deceived!

Appalling Service

Appalling, still using previous circumstances as an excuse. A gig was canceled twice, most recently in January, and despite numerous emails, I still haven't received a refund. They are blatantly disregarding consumer rights.

Unacceptable Experience

Unacceptable! This site has been a complete disaster for purchasing tickets. If you're fortunate enough to find the event link, that's a win. Then, when you reach the payment page, it freezes and claims your address is missing a postcode. Why not make those mandatory fields? I dread seeing this platform handling ticket sales.

Poor Ticket Sales

You simply can't buy tickets. You enter the date and time and end up with no tickets available. Any artist or company selling tickets through this service is making a mistake.

Refund Complications

The gig was canceled, which is not their fault. I was instructed to request a refund directly from them. I had to email them twice to initiate the process due to a poorly designed website. I filled out the required forms and sent them back. A follow-up email inquiring about the timeframe received a vague response. The website states 14 days, but it feels like it's been nearly a month. I'm still waiting. Another email received a dismissive and vague reply. Avoid this service.

Rude and Incompetent

Rude customer service and no warning about a refund that was processed to a bank account I had already canceled. Dealing with them has been horrible, and I'm still trying to recover my money, along with receiving very rude responses.
