I am so happy with ordering from this company my first dress came damaged & also way too big. Which I would have had to altered to fit but with the damage you would still see it. I took pictures on my phone right away & called them & left a message. A wonderful lady named Rachel called me back the same day as I was on the phone she had me text the pictures of the dress. She said they will replace the dress with an emergency dress & it would be here in time for my sisters wedding. I let her know the size I ordered was also way too big & asked if I could change the size & she said they could do that unfortunately the dress I chose they did not have a small but there were many more to chose from. So I chose one a size smaller. It arrived today perfect condition & the size was correct! I would definitely order again!
