I am very disappointed. I’m very angry. I ordered this bed two weeks ago and was told it was going to arrive on the Tuesday. I dismantled my bed and waited took the day off work and waited all day for the bed to arrive to find out it didn’t turn up there was no way I could possibly contact anyone. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone so I’ve had to end up sleeping on the floor on a mattress with my baby. I have had to order a new bed elsewhere because I was told by the range that this bed was discontinued and no longer in stock but they still have a advertised on the website and we’re still happy to take my money. It’s very hard to get hold of someone to get a refund they were so quick to take my money but now I need a refund. I can’t get hold of anyone very very disgusted and a pool that I’m still sleeping after a week and a half on the floor with the baby as I’m now having to wait for a new bed to come.
I will never order from this place again and it’s very disgusting that there’s no telephone number to contact them directly. He shows that they’re hiding something.
