Choosing my new bed was proving difficult until I saw the Birlea design online.
It’s actually still in 4 boxes in my living room because I’m moving home soon, delivery was exceptionally quick and efficient so it arrived before I moved!
I placed an order through a retailer, and when the dressing table arrived, it was missing screws. I contacted customer support, who reached out to the manufacturer, but they said they had no screws available. They could potentially source some from another unit, but I'm left waiting for them to order more. It's been a week since I received the dressing table, and I can't use it. This situation is quite frustrating.
I ordered a side table from a retailer, which was from another brand. The initial delivery date was inconvenient, but I was able to adjust it using their tracking service. They kept me updated throughout, even on the delivery day. The delivery driver and assistant were polite. I'm really happy with my new table.
