We've used car park 5 at the airport twice, and both times the shuttle service was unreliable. We waited 40 minutes in freezing conditions only to see a bus arrive without a driver. We ended up walking to the terminal! This happened again when we returned, as we waited for a bus that never showed up after 30 minutes. This will likely deter us from using this airport again.
