The company seems to have gone into hiding rather than dealing with refunds and credits for cancelled parking due to COVID. They have an automatic message on all their published telephone numbers saying that they are working from home dealing with urgent requests, and then the call is cut off. It also says if you have any further questions please visit their website, yet there is nothing there about what they are doing in the current situation nor even an acknowledgement about COVID. Completing the "Contact Us" form on their website, and pressing send, just results in a broken page error notice. On "Manage My Booking" there is a sign saying that our booking is cancelled and an e.mail sent to us, yet we have received nothing. At this time they should be dealing with refunds, or at the least credits, or the possibility to transfer a booking to a date in the future.
