I would not recommend ordering from birminghamwear.com.
The delivery was fast and the initial response regarding the return was also quick. However, it has now been 8 weeks since we returned the item and we still have not received our refund.
We have sent multiple emails and have received no further response. The complete lack of communication and failure to process the refund is highly unprofessional and very disappointing.
At this point, it feels like customers are simply being ignored after returning their items. I expect a business to handle refunds properly and communicate transparently.
Very frustrating experience.
