I ordered a suit on 30Nov, but it did not arrive in time. Due to the delay, and not expected to arrive before my planned travel, I requested to cancel the order. I was informed that the order was cancelled on 11Dec, and will receive the refund in 10 days. It has been over 2 months now, and I still have not received the refund. Order number is 134647. Awating a response from the company to my emails.
I had seen a few negative reviews about their products, so I was a bit unsure before ordering. However, my overall experience turned out to be quite positive.I received my product within 9 days. At the beginning, I didn’t receive any tracking updates, which was slightly concerning. After sending an enquiry, they responded within 3 days and provided the updated tracking details.The product itself is very nice and offers good quality according to the price.

The delivery was fast and the initial response regarding the return was also quick. However, it has now been 8 weeks since we returned the item and we still have not received our refund.
We have sent multiple emails and have received no further response. The complete lack of communication and failure to process the refund is highly unprofessional and very disappointing.
At this point, it feels like customers are simply being ignored after returning their items. I expect a business to handle refunds properly and communicate transparently.

I received my navy three-piece suit along with the black long coat (featuring red on the inside)... The fit is nearly perfect for me, with the exception of the pants being a bit long. Overall, it feels and looks tailor-made. I'm extremely happy!
