However, I placed several orders this summer, and while three out of four arrived, the last one for a milestone birthday in mid-September did not. I reached out via email but got no reply. Today, my message bounced back. Their customer service is severely lacking. The site is still operational, yet there's no information regarding the company's status or any apologies. This is incredibly unprofessional.
