I placed an order weeks ago for delivery on the 17th. After chasing when it didn’t turn up I was told they had moved to DPD due to the postal strikes and my order should be out next day. I’ve just used the ordinated check and my order has still not left! I have sent two messages to which I have had no response either. I’ve now got 4 Christmas presents that are not going to be here on time. Extremely poor customer service. The goods would have been here by now with Royal Mail. I feel as a company they have overstretched themselves and there will be quite a few unhappy customersDespite Biscuit Boutique saying someone would contact me, I have sent 3 emails, 2 requesting cancellation. All I have had is a mail today saying it’s now being sent to the courier. I’ve had to purchase replacement items so do not want goods totalling over £120! I have purchased from this company before but you would have thought that any company that values its customers would have said if they didn’t have the goods ready for dispatch and asked if I still wanted them rather than send them very late and ignore emails!
