My experience of biscuiteers had been appalling. The biscuits did not arrive by the date stated and where not received by the intended recipient as eventually delivered a week later than promised. Biscuiteers have refunded the delivery cost but are arguing about refunding the goods that were not received. Apparently it should be acceptable to deliver a week late! I do not recommend using this company the experience and customer service is terrible and it has cost me money on a gift that was not received.
