I entered a competition at the beginning of December and since then have received two marketing emails every single day since. There is no option on the emails or on the website to limit the number of marketing emails you get, so I unsubscribed. It made no difference - still two a day - so I emailed asking if there was an option to limit emails to maybe once a month. I received a chirpy but unhelpful reply saying that they had unsubscribed me.I have marked their emails as spam and they are still sending them, filling up my spam folder with two emails every single day!I would have been interested in an occasional email, I might have ordered, but I wouldn't now! They are pestering me, the response to my questions was that they unsubscribed me, but the unsubscribing (theirs and mine) hasn't changed anything. It's been over a month since this started and this bombardment of emails hasn't stopped.There's no way I would order anything from them now - how many emails would I get then??? Should have known better than to enter a competition which was just an excuse to get my email address. Did anyone win anything? Why bother bombarding people with emails when it just drives people away?! What pointless, idiotic nonsense. Wish I'd never heard of this company.
