Order made in September for item due to be delivered for gift early December. Never sent and no refund.After about 20 messages left over several weeks, no one answers calls or replys to messages left, I finally called the order line and managed to speak to someone rather than leave another message. To say they have been busy due to the festive period is no excuse for total lack of communication! I can only presume they must be holding on to lots of money that people have paid for items never sent. Item now finally showing as cancelled but still waiting for refund.Truely dreadful.
