I had an amazing experience. I had problems with my raft server. It was running perfectly, and then one day I could not join. I tried a few things, but still no luck. I reached out to the support team. They and tried, still no luck. They tried moving the server over to a new one, no luck. They kept trying and trying, and boom, they aced it. I could now join my server, except my raft was gone and I was standing on a single bit of wood. They restored a backup, and there was my raft when I rejoined. All problems gone. This all happened in about 12 hours, and I know they would have been able to sort it quicker, as it was about 8 at night when I reached out. I then went to bed and then work. I then got a message asking if I could try joining. I got my mate to, and he said it was all there, raft and all.
Once again, amazing help. Best help I've had from a server host.
