Review Time
I rented a server to host Project Zomboid for my friends for 2 months. It ran smoothly and the how-tos was easily manageable. There were lots of resources to answer my questions and I was able to proceed with setting it up and running it without any troubles.
After we wrapped up our game, I forgot to cancel my automatic subscription and got charged an extra month but I contacted CS and managed to get a response and a refund immediately.
Overall a good experience for a host so far and will be looking to them for future servers I rent
I bought a month long Minecraft server plan for testing stuff out. I realized I didn’t want to use bisecthosting and decided to cancel and refund. the process for actually getting a refund is a bit confusing since the don’t really mention it anywhere on the site from what I’ve seen, but essentially all you have to do is open a support ticket, give your server ID, request your server to be canceled and refunded and they respond very quickly, (the customer service I’m like 90% sure is AI, still pretty useful though.) I got my refund confirmation back the next day and cancelled my server. Overall, easy, just a little bit confusing to get through though. From the few hours I was using it though, it seemed pretty good.
I came from a different hosting server, Whose support really sucked. You had to spend money to get them to answer your support tickets faster than 4 days.
Not here though everytime i open a new server and have a issue with mods on my server they answer within minutes. Great service!!!!

Im not very good with articulating my words. But I will do my best. I had the pleasure of having the help From Timmy M and Caleb C. They were all super helpful, and explained things to me in a way that I was able to process. I have some processing issues with my brain, so they were really helpful. I was trying to set up an SMP for me and my friends, and my kids. But I was having some issues figuring out how to actually add the mods, and make sure the correct mod type was in there. and These guys were able to help me out so much.
Thank you for your time, and your help. I asked if there was a way to tip them, But i do not think so even though Id love too.
Had trouble figuring out how to update my server while preserving everyone's inventories and world data. Ashley L responded quickly and my problems were solved in minutes. Great experience overall.
I wanted to host a Modded Terraria Server.
I had just bought the service last night since I saw you could integrate a world from your computer to be played on the server. I was hosting a world through steam to play with my friend, but I hated the stuttering and teleporting that took place amongst the enemies and bosses. The initial guide for world integration would load my world, but would not load any Modded Items or structures. Areas and structures that were there before, were just empty spaces on the server. I worked on it for 3 hours last night trying to trouble shoot. I was getting near to requesting a refund since my experience thus far was a headache. But Aaron M really helped me out today. I got home from work trying to continue it again and I was on the cusp of requesting a refund, when Aaron had swiftly taken care of my issue and presented a world in which the modded structures loaded in. He did it a little too quick so I'm assuming witchcraft lol. I cannot thank Aaron enough. Excited for the server!

I had the pleasure of working with Jake B today and it was an overall great experience. He was very helpful, willing to explain things to me in a way that made sense, and of course he helped me solve my issue. Such a small issue caused by a particular minecraft mob placed somewhere they shouldn't be that ruined the world. But Jake was able to restore it in a pretty quick period of time and have me on my way without having to lose several hours worth of gameplay by restoring a backup or potentially losing the world my wife and I had put 350hrs into. You're a real one, Jake! appreciate people like you.
Having a small issue with initial server set-up, I contacted customer support - Ehryn from Support responded to my issue within minutes, was helpful and friendly and I was able to resolve my issue super quickly. Thank you!
