How does one respond to Bison Office response?I purchased 6 dining chairs. Arrived quickly but had to be assembled. After assemby I discovered the legs were defectively manufacturered. I was informed that I would have to pay for the return shipment. This is unreasonable and unjust. A business needs to stand behind their products and assume the costs of return when it is not the customer's fault.
