BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Diligently inspect packages and refuse delivery if there is any visible damage. I spent 5 hours and back breaking effort to document the damage on two large desks that were ordered to be told they also needed part numbers for any replacement. I spent over $2500.00 to ship the garbage back.
The loveseat itself is lovely. It arrived quickly. Assembly wasn’t super difficult for my daughter to do for me today, although instructions were written for the 3 cushion couch. There’s a stain, however, which I assume is from a permanent marker. I tried a good, mild leather cleaner but it made no difference. I would appreciate the company recommending something that would help — I’ll call them and see— but I’m guessing I’m stuck with a brand new loveseat that I would love if not for the stain. If not for the stain, it would be rated 5 stars… just hard to rate it highly under the circumstances. If I can get the stain out I’ll improve the rating.

The product is beautiful. I’m very pleased with my purchase of nightstands. There was a little glitch with the delivery of one of two items. One arrived super fast and the other was delivered to an incorrect address. FedEx was the carrier. I was pleased with how quickly Bison addressed the problem by sending another nightstand to us.
