Andy the fitter has done a wonderful job, explained what he was going to do, showed us how to operate the hydraulic closer and cleaned up before leaving. Outstanding workmanship. What an absolute terrible company, I have not received the product I ordered from bison products in January, they have just refunded me in March without telling me why. Their communication is very very poor and they are not a reliable company at all. I would give it zero stars if I could. I would avoid this company they do not do what they promise. A very disappointed customer
