I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and I sincerely love all the pieces I've come to own. They are unique and beautiful designs made with quality parts - I make an effort to wear at least one or two pcs every day to make my purchases worthwhile and I have not had an issue with how long the rings/necklaces last. I am diligent in taking care of my pieces, as I know they're plated and I want them to last. (For people new to jewelry, the pieces are plated, not solid gold --unless specified otherwise. Therefore, requires different care) They have very fair prices for the quality of work and materials they provide. I've had a lot of people notice when I wear Bisou pieces vs others as well. I've come to speak to the Bisou team every once in a while and they are absolutely lovely and a pleasure to work with. It's incredibly inspiring to me that for a team of less than 10-15 people, they are active in their responses and fulfillment. I placed an order every day of pink week and noticed they had anywhere between 500-1000+ orders each day, which is absolutely incredible. They are a small team and a small business with huge dreams and hearts, so please do not treat them like they are a mega-corporation.
