I also sent direct messages on both their support and main social media pages, but still no reply. It's hard to trust a company that can't even manage their emails when I'm considering spending over $2000 on rings. After reading other reviews, I'm beginning to doubt if this shop is worth it, even for casual purchases. I'm just really let down by how they operate.

I used to have a favorable opinion of the brand, but now my support has waned, along with that of at least 30 other customers, due to the owner's public behavior. After receiving feedback on a social media post, the owner ignored her mistakes and silenced her community. It's evident that the staff struggles to manage their social media effectively, as the owner continued to mock the community shortly after. This isn't a constructive way to handle criticism. Additionally, quality assurance remains lacking, with items often losing stones or tarnishing quickly. Customer support is friendly, but replacements have become less frequent. Prices have increased without notice, and there were significant issues with lost packages last year. Updates on preorders and restocks are scarce and often vague. The owner has also started engaging in controversial content, which is a turn-off. While there are dedicated employees, ongoing issues remain unresolved.
The quality is quite poor. The gold tarnished to black even though I stored the items properly and never wore them. Many designs are cute, although some are unattractive, and I've had no issues with the customer service representative, who has been helpful. However, I've faced numerous problems like lost packages and missing gemstones, and some rings even caused cuts.
For a pair of expensive earrings ($100), they tarnished quickly. I've only worn them a few times and kept them in the box I paid extra for, yet the 'gold' discolored after just one use. I have a significant amount of gold jewelry, and this is the only pair that has failed so quickly.

The most concerning part is the owner's behavior on social media; she tends to harass those who voice concerns, leading some to feel bullied into silence.
I ordered three items and, although shipping took a while, everything arrived beautifully packaged. One ring had a loose stone, and after contacting them, they quickly arranged a replacement. I received it promptly, but there was still a minor issue with the new ring. Their customer service was excellent, offering a full refund for the inconvenience. The other items were beautiful and delicate, requiring careful handling.
