I was really looking forward to purchasing wedding rings from this company, so I reached out via email regarding their Luxe section, but I never received a response. I also sent direct messages on both their support and main social media accounts, but there was no reply. It's hard to trust a service that can't even manage their emails when considering a purchase over $2000 for rings. After reading other reviews, I'm beginning to think this shop may not be worth it, even for casual items. I'm just really disappointed with their business practices.
