Ordered on the 27th Nov

Ordered on the 27th Nov. Pre order with 4-6 week wait. Emailed twice with no response on the 22/1/24 and the 24/01/24. It's now the 30/1/24. Apparently held up at customs with ne prediction time of delivery. This is very poor service. Maybe pre orders do not suit your business. I would like a refund please.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER THAT WAS CONFIRMED ON 29/10/23. I'VE TRIED TO CONTACT BISOUS AND EMAILS ARE CONSTANTLY REJECTED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.I PURCHASED FROM BISOUS LAST YEAR AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE ITEMS.

LOVE this product, the best facial cloth I have used in a long time. I use it with a cleanser and just love the results. So easy to clean in the wash which is also great.
