Long delay

4-6 week pre-order turned into 31/2 months, from September till after ChristmasWhile communication was ongoing, the time factor would put me off ordering again.I was offered a free lingerie bag as a compensation for the delay only to find it was part of all ordersLost a customer

These are a game changer for me
