Review Time
I've been using this toothbrush for 4 months. I've just been to the dental hygienist and there has been an increase of plaque build up. I would have to agree with her that the the Suri toothbrush just vibrates even on both settings. I have to manually brush after the 2 minute cycle to properly remove debris of my teeth. They are aesthetically pleasing to look at but not really good. I have now repurchased an Oral B toothbrush. Unfortunately I could not return the other one that has not been used as it's outside their 100day policy despite me voicing my concerns about the quality of their toothbrush.
The SURI power brushes are excellent. Really well made, lifetime warranty, free brush head recycling, they clean your teeth brilliantly, nice range of colours, well priced against competitors, one charge lasts between 20-30 days if twice daily 2 minute brushing, excellent travel case with infrared cleaning I could go on and on but biggest testimony I can give is that after trying one of these I was so impressed I bought five more (one for each of us plus one spare).
Got it in late November last year, opened around Christmas, have used since now the travel case doesn’t charge at all and light doesn’t show. Cheap garbage clearly to break so early on. Avoid if you can and stick with reliable brands.
Toothbrush was fairly simple to use. Have to use it on the power mode though otherwise not strong enough.
Fantastic toothbrush! I had given up on electric versions as the batteries seemed to fail, and the heads wore out far too soon. I’m glad I got this one though.
I like the way you get told you need to charge the battery - but there’s still enough ooomph to brush your teeth properly. The Oral B and Philips models I had conked out mid brush - and they were both premium versions.
I charge the Suri every 40 days or so like they say, and the heads last the 4 months they said they would.
Love our new Suri toothbrushes. They look great, sound fabulous (and so quiet) and brush well. They leave my teeth feeling shiny clean. I love the boxes with cleaning light. 10/10 Suri.
Have been using the Suri for a couple of yers now and it clearly works well as my dentist mentions how clean my teeth are and my good gum health. No regrets switching over from a pricey bells and whistles other Dutch brand previously used. Thank you Suri, the regular brush delivery makes life easier for changing my brush head whic is a very useful service.
I’ve been loving my Suri brush for over a year now and just bought the 2.0 for my teen who said it feels like her teeth have never been clean before, because they feel so amazing after using a Suri brush.
I needed the reassurance of the pressure sensor as she can tend toward brushing too hard with a regular brush. Now the sensor is there I feel safe letting her loose with Suri.
I received the brush heads in time with no issues.
However, I hardly use my Siri because I can’t stop it rattling on my teeth, which is a horrid feeling.
As a consequence, I wish to cancel my brush head replacement subscription until further notice notice.
