I was eager to shop here because of the great brands and positive feedback. Unfortunately, the negative reviews about customer service are accurate. My order hasn't shipped in a week, even though they quickly generated the tracking label. Reaching customer service is nearly impossible. After multiple emails without a response, I resorted to social media to get their attention. They promised to resolve the issue promptly, but I've heard nothing since. I hope they can enhance their customer service soon. Update 12/9/25 - I finally contacted the team, and they explained things well (considering it was Black Friday). I appreciate the efforts made by the representative to improve their service. Once my items arrive, I may consider upgrading my rating to 4 stars.
