They have a nice selection of products, but customer support is lacking. I’ve tried contacting them on two occasions (via email and social media) and received no response. UPDATE: I found out there was a mix-up with another customer. I finally got a response regarding my case. It's unfortunate that reaching customer support is so difficult; it makes considering future purchases challenging.
