I regret purchasing this item. The machine requires extensive cleaning after each use, making the process more time-consuming than the actual cleaning. It fails to clean hard floors properly, merely smudging dirt around, and leaves a terrible odor on surfaces. I'm attempting to get a refund, but it seems unlikely. Save yourself the trouble and seek a better alternative.
