Absolutely terrible customer service - all I can say is STAY away!Cannot comprehend how such a well know company operates this way.Placed an order mid October, was out of stock so organised for a refund. Still waiting for refund after MULTIPLE emails.I have opened a case with PayPal but still no resolution. Am going to seek legal advice if refund is not recieved. Just not good enough. Have been spreading the word as far and wide as possible, to prevent others from making the same mistake!
