Horrendous support experience - avoid at all costs! It's hard to believe that such a well-known company operates in this manner. I placed an order in mid-October, but it was out of stock, so I requested a refund. I'm still waiting for the refund after numerous emails. I've opened a case with a payment service, but there's been no resolution. If I don't receive my refund soon, I will consider legal action. This is simply unacceptable. I've been sharing my experience widely to warn others against making the same mistake!
I ordered a bit online on 12/11/25 and on 20/11/25 I sent an email asking whether it had been shipped as I believed it to be in stock. I received a reply saying it would be a 6 week wait as it wasn't in stock and I could request a refund or find an alternative. I requested a refund which eventually came through on Paypal after about a week. A couple of days later (8/12/25) the refund was cancelled so I still do not have my refund. Words escape me - I don't know how a business like this can continue to trade. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Misleading and dishonest. Now I have to fight for a refund.
Ordered a bit on October the 22nd which online stated it was "in stock" I emailed 3 weeks later after no correspondence only to get an email stating it was actually in fact NOT in stock. I then proceeded to wait another 3 weeks and after that accumulative 6 weeks I requested a refund, this was "pending" on the 4th of December. Finally today I get an email saying the refund was "Cancelled" of course I can't get a hold of anyone from this company. It's now been 7 weeks and I am prepared to take this further. To put this into perspective I ordered the same bit (sadly just too big) directly from the UK/Ireland and it arrived in 12 days.... I did considering buying from them again however thought it would be nice to support local & Australian and it said it was in stock. I can say now I deeply regret this choice and am shocked at how difficult communication has been with this company. Their response time is incredibly poor, I haven't once had my phone call answered (yes I called within their business hours). I am really disappointed and would recommend buying your bits elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible customer service - all I can say is STAY away!Cannot comprehend how such a well know company operates this way.Placed an order mid October, was out of stock so organised for a refund. Have been spreading the word as far and wide as possible, to prevent others from making the same mistake!
Ordered two bits and took 12 months to receive. NO correspondence at all to reassure me they were still coming. Ordered spurs and after 12 months of waiting with again no updates or replies to emails. I asked for money back. Ordered same spurs from Queensland that arrived within 7 days. Had two shots but no more lost my business and won’t promote yours. Very very poor service
I have contacted Bit Bank numerous times (emails, phone calls, facebook) w/o any appropriate response from them. It's regarding a faulty Bomber bit. I have provided photos, video + the invoice - still no reply. Bomber bits have life time guarantee. The faulty bit is not a reflection on Bit Bank however the Non Response is! Australian Consumer Law it is but where is their customer service? - I just want the issue resolved, PLEASE. Update 2/10/25 - Grateful the matter is resolved thx. A friend bought from MyBreeches (UK) 2wks delivery $30 less incl. shipping. Dixon Smith Equest. certain Myler bit $60 less, 4days delivery & helpful friendly staff :)
I ordered a bit from this company in June. 7 weeks later it is still not here. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call them on their non functioning number. At every stage I have been given inaccurate information and fobbed off. Promises of communication from them never eventuate. 2 weeks ago I asked fir my money back and was told that the bit had been dispatched and that they would get me a tracking number. Needless to say, no bit, and no tracking number. On Monday 11th, I emailed again and told them that if the bit wasn't here by today( Thursday 14th August) I want my money back. No response from that either. If zero stars was an option I'd award it to this company. Do not use them.Edited on 20th August. I received a further email from this company fobbing me off yet again. They told me they'd facilitate a refund at the beginning of this week. No sign of it yet. Further emails sent. Edited to say that finally, on August 26th, my refund appeared in my bank account.
I ordered a bit months ago which was supposed to be in stock. After emailing to follow up, I was told, it would be in mid February. I've tried to phone, but I just received a text message back to say sorry they missed me, could I text them by question. I did. I'm waiting for reply. Dreadful customer services.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Order a bit online which was advertised as in stock. After a month of not receiving the bit, tried contacting them with no reply. They only replied after I put a post up asking if anyone else had issues.
