Ordered a bit on October the 22nd which online stated it was "in stock" I emailed 3 weeks later after no correspondence only to get an email stating it was actually in fact NOT in stock. I then proceeded to wait another 3 weeks and after that accumulative 6 weeks I requested a refund, this was "pending" on the 4th of December. Finally today I get an email saying the refund was "Cancelled" of course I can't get a hold of anyone from this company. It's now been 7 weeks and I am prepared to take this further. To put this into perspective I ordered the same bit (sadly just too big) directly from the UK/Ireland and it arrived in 12 days.... I did considering buying from them again however thought it would be nice to support local & Australian and it said it was in stock. I can say now I deeply regret this choice and am shocked at how difficult communication has been with this company. Their response time is incredibly poor, I haven't once had my phone call answered (yes I called within their business hours). I am really disappointed and would recommend buying your bits elsewhere.
