What started out to be frustrating after finding my order of 6 items arrived in a damaged box with only one item inside. I called dpd to get some answers and to say unhelpful is an understatement. I have never had reason to contact customer service and wow! But that is for another review.On the Bitiba site I submitted a contact form and then spotted that they were open until 2pm over the festive period, so I called as well. Complete opposite to dpd, Eka, I hope I have spelt it correctly was absolutely fabulous, she was professional, helpful and sorted the problem.The moral of the story is, there will always be issues outside of our control, but it is how we deal with them. dpd take note, you can learn a thing or two!
