Used BitJeton to redeem a voucher for ETH. It says the funds were sent, but nothing ever arrived in my wallet. No TXID, no proof, nothing on the blockchain.It’s been over a week and support has completely ignored me. This is really worrying behaviour for a crypto platform. If they’ve sent the transaction, providing a TXID takes 5 seconds.Be careful using this service until they actually resolve issues and stop ghosting customers.
