Used BitJeton to redeem a voucher for ETH. It says the funds were sent, but nothing ever arrived in my wallet. No TXID, no proof, nothing on the blockchain.

It’s been over a week and support has completely ignored me. This is really worrying behaviour for a crypto platform. If they’ve sent the transaction, providing a TXID takes 5 seconds.

Be careful using this service until they actually resolve issues and stop ghosting customers.

Their customer support is the worst - beware scammers

Their customer support is the worst, i redeemed vouchers and they stopped the transaction and i had to email them just for them to ask me to complete kyc, i complete this stupid kyc and it fails? and they didn't respond yet they are holding 1500$ usdt of my money and they don't reply i think they are scammers do not deal with them.
