Their customer support is the worst, i redeemed vouchers and they stopped the transaction and i had to email them just for them to ask me to complete kyc, i complete this stupid kyc and it fails? and they didn't respond yet they are holding 1500$ usdt of my money and they don't reply i think they are scammers do not deal with them.
