I mistakenly sent funds to the wrong chain wallet (eth-bsc). When I contacted support, they informed me it would take 2 to 3 months and involve a 10% fee. They promised it would be credited to my balance afterward. Four months later, I’m still getting the same response that the technical team is addressing it. There’s been no progress. Last month, I reached out for help here, but management seems indifferent to the real concerns of users, even while apparently hiring people to post fake positive reviews. userid @CopticJanus.
