I mistakenly sent funds to the wrong chain wallet (eth-bsc). When I contacted support, they informed me it would take 2 to 3 months and involve a 10% fee. They promised it would be credited to my balance afterward. Four months later, I’m still getting the same response that the technical team is addressing it. There’s been no progress. From my experience, I cannot recommend this platform at all. My dispute for a specific trade has been ignored for nearly four months. I paid the seller but never received my coins, and nothing has been resolved. The lack of support or accountability is unacceptable, making the platform extremely unreliable.
They will simply block accounts claiming that users are operating multiple accounts. It’s the only exchange that blocks users under such assumptions, even when the account is KYC verified. If you don’t want people using the exchange, just shut it down instead of locking accounts based on unfounded suspicions. The support claim states, 'Your account has been blocked due to violation of clause 4.1 of the User Agreement. Specifying someone else’s identity or creating multiple accounts is fraud. Have a good time.' This is the worst experience I’ve encountered; I regret being introduced to this platform.
My previous review seems to have been deleted, possibly due to an agreement between the review platform and the service. I accidentally sent TRX to the wrong wallet type on this platform.
