Terrible service. I placed an order on a specific date, expecting delivery within a couple of days (it was for an important occasion). I waited and waited. After a month, the shipping company said they had 'lost' the package. The company resent it with the same shipping service, which has poor ratings, and now they claim the address was incorrect, even though I provided the same correct address from the start. Unfortunately, after a month, the shipping company stated that the package was delivered correctly using a PIN code, which I never received. I have not received the package, which cost over 200 EURO, and the company is not offering any assistance! Now, more than two months later, I still haven't received the package, and they refuse to refund my money. Be cautious with this company!
