They allow you to place an order without any problems, but later cancel it due to stock issues or because the price was lower than the market price, simply issuing a refund. This reflects a lack of competence: they make errors with product listings on their site and then cancel orders as if it doesn't matter. Terrible service. I placed an order on a specific date, expecting delivery within a couple of days (it was for an important occasion). I waited and waited. After a month, the shipping company said they had 'lost' the package. The company resent it with the same shipping service, which has poor ratings, and now they claim the address was incorrect, even though I provided the same correct address from the start. Unfortunately, after a month, the shipping company stated that the package was delivered correctly using a PIN code, which I never received. I have not received the package, which cost over 200 EURO, and the company is not offering any assistance! Now, more than two months later, I still haven't received the package, and they refuse to refund my money. Be cautious with this company!

I had hoped to use this service again based on prior reviews. However, I cannot accept being misled. I ordered furniture and was home for the delivery on the expected days. I remained patient, but the delivery service was terrible, with no accurate communication. Tracking was inconsistent, and delivery promises were repeatedly missed. I wouldn't order more furniture based on the quality. The main issue is that they accept payments and then fail to fulfill their side of the agreement. When a delivery time is stated, everything should be done to deliver within that timeframe. This is just another failed online service. While some may criticize other retailers, their products and service are far superior.

Nearly a month waiting… I've noticed many others experiencing 'transport problem delays'… is it a coincidence? The company didn’t do much until I raised the issue… even then, the solution was merely 'take it or leave it'… not a very pleasant customer service experience. After finally receiving my product and posting this review, I received an email stating they were refunding shipping costs and adding a credit to my account, asking me to modify my review here. I am increasing my rating to 2 stars, but this should have been offered beforehand. Compensation for a negative review still reflects poor customer service. If I hadn’t posted a review, they would have been content to close the transaction as is. If they want positive reviews from the start, they should provide good customer service from the beginning.
