Nearly a month waiting… I've noticed many others experiencing 'transport problem delays'… is it a coincidence? The company didn’t do much until I raised the issue… even then, the solution was merely 'take it or leave it'… not a very pleasant customer service experience. After finally receiving my product and posting this review, I received an email stating they were refunding shipping costs and adding a credit to my account, asking me to modify my review here. I am increasing my rating to 2 stars, but this should have been offered beforehand. Compensation for a negative review still reflects poor customer service. If I hadn’t posted a review, they would have been content to close the transaction as is. If they want positive reviews from the start, they should provide good customer service from the beginning.
