Ordered business cards and stickers on 28/11/2024. The required "Design Revision Review" of €1,59 felt like a scam, as it shows up after you finalize your design and you don't want your design work to be for nothing. The business cards were delivered fast and the quality is ok. The stickers have never been delivered after almost 2 months. Contacted the customer service after 1 month and never got a reply. Today I tried again through their help center, but there only is a Virtual Assistent (chatbot). I have no idea whether my complaint will be seen by any human being. Order 3346642Update: thanks for the reply. Even you would reply as soon as possible, I still didn't get any update. I filed a complaint in the meantime. Very disappointed.
