I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I paid extra to ensure that my order would be delivered by April 17, but I have not received any updates or communication regarding its status. As of now, I still have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive.
This lack of transparency and failure to meet the promised delivery date is unacceptable. I expected a reliable service, especially after paying for a specific delivery time.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Ordered business cards from Bizay — and what arrived was completely unacceptable.
The material is thinner than A4 paper, and the print quality is worse than what you’d get from a basic office printer. The resolution is so low it looks rushed and careless.
To be clear: everything went straight into the trash. Completely unusable. At this point, even a simple watercolor by a child would have produced a better result.
So the question is simple — is this really the level of quality Bizay considers acceptable?
