Horrible service and follow up

Horrible service and follow up. Bizay delayed my shipment due to an error without ever contacting me so I could fix it, and once I reached out to check in and regulated the error, assured me that even after this it would be delivered on time for our event. It wasn't. I now have to pay extra shipping to get the product from our event location to our premises, and then ship it individually to our guests.
