I have ordered almost 2 weeks ago

I have ordered almost 2 weeks ago, paying more for the shipping to have it delivered TODAY as I have an event I am attending to on Saturday and I needed the business cards. Well, only yesterday I receive a message that there is a delivery tracking link, and 1. the link doesn't work 2. today the pack is still not handed over to the courier, which means that hardly I will receive the pack tomorrow and therefore, it's even useless I paid more for nothing. I wrote to their customer support a couple of hours ago, and of course they do not have a phone number, and they have 1-3 days answering timing. For once that I do not read the reviews...Do not trust them.
