We read a lot of negative reviews about delivery, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mistake. We needed our products for a specific purpose. After we had to ask about their missed delivery date ourselves, we received the answer that they lost track of the delivery in another language. They proposed a solution: reprint and deliver. We pointed out that they missed the crucial deadline and we of course expected the product as we paid for, but also compensation. They answered in yet another language, this time in German, that this doesn't align with their customer service. Very bad experience. One of the worst customer services around in this day and age.
